Gala Dynastie & Prix Médias
The organization decided to host 2 new events. We dedicate 2 independent identities for each event with a unique message, but a central structure.
For the 6th edition of the Gala Dynastie awards event, The organization launches not 1 but 2 new events campaign for February 27th & March 5th. Both events would offer a virtual seat & a physical seat for the events. An hybrid approach during the pandemic.
Due to the global situation, The Gala Dynastie had to prepare the events months in advance to present the new theme without knowing the new measures from the government. 13 new categories would be presented for the Gala Dynastie event & 10 categories for the new Prix Médias Dynastie event.
We decided to dedicate 2 independent identities for each event with a unique message each but the same fundamental structure. Since we already develop the Gala Dynastie website in 2020, this allowed us to double our efficiency on the creation of social media communications, the website redesign & printed marketing assets.We strategized, designed and built an archive of nominees for all previous editions of the Gala Dynastie. The same infrastructure will allow us to keep an archive collection of nominees for the new Prix Médias Dynastie as well.
Finally, we were able to integrate the full experience of submitting finalists, voting, ticketing & participating to the event in the Gala Dynastie & Prix Médias website. With a powerful CMS structure & a proper content strategy, we were able to keep a consistent visual identity through all digital channels while expanding new virtual event venues for our audience.
